Even if the candidate possesses the social skills required, it is imperative that they receive the appropriate training to be able to provide academic help and other educational and training services.
Much like Business, Management and Administration, the career opportunities for Finance exist in every sector of the economy and social skills like time management, customer service, communication and organisation are required.
Having a strong foundation in science and maths are crucial for those preparing for a career in this cluster. However, the career opportunities are vast and varied for those who do, because not only is there chances of employability for them in the IT industry, but nearly every industry.
To find employability in this career cluster an individual must have strong communication skills, computation skills, mechanical ability, and ability to work in a team, solve problems and make decisions. There are excellent opportunities for people in this career cluster and in 2000 it was found to be the third largest jobs division.
